M&A Case Competition $10,000 Case Prize Terms & Conditions.

Effective date: 23rd November 2025.

1. The $10,000 cash prize refers to the total prize pool awarded to the winning team, not an individual payment to each team member.
   1. A standard winning team consists of three (3) participants.
   2. The $10,000 prize amount is to be shared among all team members.
2. Payment of the prize is made by Prepped Pty Ltd to the team representative(s) nominated by the winning team.
   1. Prepped Pty Ltd bears no responsibility for how the team chooses to divide or distribute the funds internally.
3. The awarding, timing, structure, and payment of the prize are at the sole discretion of Prepped Pty Ltd.
   1. Prepped Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, substitute, delay, or withdraw the prize at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
4. To be eligible to receive the prize, the winning team must:
   1. Complete all required competition rounds; and
   2. Comply with all competition rules and guidelines as outlined by Prepped Pty Ltd.
5. Prepped Pty Ltd may require reasonable verification of identity, team membership, and compliance with competition rules before releasing the prize.
6. By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
